Cakes and Bakes book - a birthday present

Mak dapat hadiah buku ni masa birthday yang lepas. Terima kasih banyak kepada penghuni rumah No 60, Steavenson St. Mak cuba la one of the recipe.



Chocolate Marshmallow Fingers. Tapi mak tak letak pun marshmallow sebab tak jumpa yang halal. Marshmallow ni kebanyakkannya diperbuat daripada beef gelatin. Dan juga mak tak letak white chocolate chips sebab tak de dalam stok kat almari rumah. So buat yang mana ada je la.

Ni resepinya kalo ada yang nak cuba buat.

350 g digestive biscuits (crush into small pieces)
125 g dark chocolate (broken inti pieces)
225 g butter
25 g caster sugar
2 tbsp cocoa powder
2 tbsp honey
55 g mini marshmallow
100g white chocolate chips.

Put chocolate,butter, sugar, cocoa and honey in a saucepan and heat gently until melted. Remove from heat and leave cool.
Stir the crushed biscuits into the chocolate mixture until well mixed. Add marshmallow and chocolate chips and stir.
Turn the mixture into square tin cake and smooth the top. Put in the refrigerator for 2-3 hours until set.
Cut into fingers.
